Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally, bringing nightmares to your doorstep wherever you are. Please note we cannot deliver to select remote areas and parts of Asia.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. The moment your nightmare leaves our Columbus, Ohio facility, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor your package’s journey across continents.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
If any prop doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days after delivery to initiate a return. Contact our horror experts at [email protected], and we’ll guide you through returning items to our Columbus facility.
What if my prop arrives damaged?
We meticulously package each prop for its international journey, but if damage occurs, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange a prop for a different one?
Yes, exchanges are possible within the 15-day return window. Contact our team to arrange your exchange, noting that shipping costs for the new item will apply.
