Just as we meticulously craft our terrifyingly realistic props, we’ve designed a returns and exchanges process that ensures your complete satisfaction with every purchase from our macabre collection.
Important Notice
Due to the specialized nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Please review our non-returnable products section carefully before initiating a return.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to their specialized nature and hygiene considerations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Autopsy & Medical Equipment – For health and safety reasons
- Blood & Makeup Products – Hygiene concerns
- Butcher Shop Props – Specialized materials that cannot be restocked
- Cadaver Manikins – Complex assembly and customization
- Opened or Used Body Props – Cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
- Custom or Special Order Items – Created specifically for your requirements
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Us – Email our support team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide Details – Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
- Receive Authorization – We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package Items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories
- Ship to Us – Send the package to our address (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility):

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection period: 3-5 business days
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Total time: Typically 8-12 business days from receipt of return
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) – Refunded to your card
- PayPal – Refunded to your PayPal account
Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Process
For eligible items, you may exchange for:
- Different size or color (if available)
- Alternative product of equal value
- Store credit for future purchases
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item. Standard shipping charges apply for exchange shipments.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, including prepaid return shipping if necessary.

International Returns
For international customers (excluding certain remote areas in Asia), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued in US dollars. Any customs fees or import taxes incurred during the return process are non-refundable.
